2. How can I find products easily?
You can search for an item using the product or brand name via the search function or by navigating around the site.
3. When will I receive my order?
This is dependent on delivery mode chosen. Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will usually be sent out same day and should reach you between 2-3 working days from day of purchase, if you choose the Royal mail first class delivery option (UK only). Next day delivery is available for an extra charge and for orders placed between Monday and Friday. All orders placed after 1pm will be sent out the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday through Sunday will normally be sent the following Monday. We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders outside the UK.
4. Can I return an item?
You can return item of clothing provided they are returned unworn and in a re-sellable condition within 7 days of delivery (UK only). Your account will be credited with the equivalent amount paid less the shipping cost. We regret we are unable to refund shipping cost. Underwear, hair accessories and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We advise that you get a proof of postage when you do return items to us for your protection. If you returned your order and are eligible for refund, your refund may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account. We usually send out an email confirmation of the refund.
5. Can I cancel an ordered item?
Unfortunately, once an order has been made it cannot be cancelled.
6. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards via PayPal. In certain circumstances, we will accept cheque payments (delivery is subject to cheque clearing). ****Please note that you don't have to open an account with PayPal to pay with your card.
7. What are your postal charges
Your order will be delivered in our packaging. Our delivery charge for orders under £100 is £4.99 for for standard delivery and £9.99 for next day delivery. Orders over £100 is delivered free of charge (This offer is for a limited time only and within UK only).
8. International Ordering
We deliver to UK and all countries within the EU. Please contact us via sales@little-treasure.eu to enquire about orders for delivery outside UK.
9. Is your site secure?
Payments are handled by PayPal. PayPal help protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use these payment options, your financial information is never shared with us (the merchant). There is also an option to pay via cheque, contact us if you need further information about this method of payment.

11. My Order has not arrived?
We usually send out a dispatch confirmation email to customers. If your order has not arrived 1 week after you place your order (UK only), email us with your order number on the subject line. For orders outside the UK, please wait for 2 weeks. During holiday periods, dispatch time varies. Please check home page for details.
12. Can't find your size?
Our website will show only those items we have currently in stock. If you size is not displayed, we do not have it in stock. You may email us to enquire if we are restocking on the item.
